PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
You must submit an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request before returning any merchandise. This request can be submitted by clicking the link at the bottom of the "Order details" page for the appropriate order. You can find the "order details" pages for al your orders here. If you did not set up an account at the time you placed your order, please use the "forgot my password" link and the email address you used when placing your order and the store will send you an automatically generated password so that you can sign in.
Items returned without a valid RMA number written clearly on the shipping label will not be processed. Once a return is approved it should be shipped to:

If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Unopened items may also be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable; however, shipping will not be charged for exchange products.
We cannot accept returns on opened products (with the exception of manufacturer's defects) do to the nature of the product. We do not re-stock opened products.
No returns will be processed if we have not been contacted within 30 days of purchase and issued an RMA number. If a product is returned to us without authorization or under false pretenses the customer is responsible for shipping charges to have the product shipped back to them.
